Finissage "UMORI" - Franco Tosi

Sabato 20 febbraio, si terrà presso BolognaCentro il FINISSAGE della mostra "UMORI" dell’artista Franco Tosi a cura di Federica Terenzi. L'esposizione, inaugurata durante ArtCity White Night di ArteFiera, è stata ospitata nella Sede Principale di BolognaCentro in via Santo Stefano 38/d/e, l'evento del 20 febbraio si svolgerà nel medesimo luogo dalle 18:00 alle 20:30.
Quasi in bilico tra apollineo e dionisiaco, tra biologia e emotività, la ricerca di Franco Tosi si concentra sui rapporti tra le diverse forme organiche, indagando sul mistero dell'esistenza. Una visione introspettiva che trae spunto dal mondo naturale in un parallelo tra arte e scienza. Le opere esposte si configurano come un viaggio nell’interiorità dell’uomo che si traduce, come le cellule di un tessuto organico, con infinite sfaccettature. Una realtà profonda sia fisica che emotiva: la prima interpretata con sguardo scientifico, la seconda suggerita dall’emozione data dalle tinte e dalle forme stesse del soggetto dell’opera. Per lo spettatore è un’esperienza introspettiva che lo invita a guardare dentro di sé specchiandosi in un paesaggio interiore che appartiene a ogni individuo.

Saturday, February 20, the FINISSAGE of exhibition “UMORI” of Franco Tosi curated by Federica Terenzi will take place at BolognaCentro.
The exhibition was open during ArtCity White Night of ArteFiera, and BolognaCentro hosted it in its headquarters in Santo Stefano 38/d/e street, Bologna. The event will be in the same place from 18:00 to 20:30.
Oscillating between Apollonian and Dionysian, biology and emotion, the research of Franco Tosi focuses on the relationships between the various organic forms, investigating the mystery of existence. An introspective view that is inspired from the natural world, in parallel between science and art.
The exhibition is configured as a journey in inner human being which is translated, as the cells of living tissue, with many facets. An inner reality, physical and emotional: the first is interpreted by scientific outlook, the second is suggested by colors and shapes of the same painting subject. For the viewer is an introspective experience which invited him to look himself mirrored in an inner landscape that belongs to each individual. During the ArtCity White Night, 30 of January, the exhibition will be open until 24:00, for the entire period, during office hours.
